Yum! I have an ancient B.C. cookbook, too, and this is one of my favorite pancake recipes!

Hmm…hubby and two out of four kids are feeling under the weather. Perhaps this should be a pancake for dinner night…

Oh the memories are flooding in now!

My Nanny used to make deserts with pancakes and waffles. Ice cream sandwich was my favorite!

My dad’s favorite thing to do with left over pancakes is to add pb&j – saves on bread! LOL
